    Name the shortcut whatever you want, but it is recommended to name it Internet explorer, so that you can be assured of your victim using it.

    Type this in for the destination of the shortcut:.

   • Shutdown -s -t XX -c "Your text here" (XX- Time in seconds. Type anything you want at Your text here and you do need the "quotes" around what you type)

    Make it look official by right clicking it, then click Properties and change the icon to the internet explorer icon.
